I tried some of the older Sanyos and a Panasonic model but this one was the one I chose. The roller action for the shoulders and neck feel like human hands. It's hard to describe. This is one of the few chair's I tried that has any kind of foot massage. And it applies heat to the feet as well. A 15 minute session in any of the automatics setting is very refreshing. The only features that would improve this fine product would be an MP3 player and possibly a TV monitor like I've seen in other units. But this one has the others beat hands down on the quality of the massage.
